Breakfast and lunch at the Hotel. At 03:00 p.m. visit to a manor farm with tasting of cheese and dairy pleasures. Dinner at the Hotel and evening show in the arena with traditional music and dances.

Breakfast, traditional cooking class “Production of handmade pasta” and lunch at the hotel. At 03:00 p.m. visit to the oil mill with tasting of local vegetables in oil. Dinner with tasting of pasta prepared during the cooking class.

Breakfast and departure for the Picturesque Gargano Tour. Visit to the fabulous Marine Caves of Vieste and Pugnochiuso by motorboat, fish and meat-based barbecue in the Umbra Forest. Guided walk alond the trails. Dinner at the Hotel and evening show in the arena with traditional music and dances.

Breakfast, traditional cooking class “Sweets of Gargano” and lunch at the hotel. At 03:00 p.m. a walk among the most beautiful orchids of Gargano. Visit to the artisan workshop with tastings of spirits and confectionary conserves of Gargano. Dinner at the hotel based on traditional products of Gargano and tasting of sweets prepared during the cooking class.

Breakfast and free morning. In the afternoon departure for Peschici and visit of the town. Visit to cellars with tastings of typical wines of Gargano. Dinner at the hotel.

Breakfast and lunch at the Hotel. At 07:00 p.m. visit of the old town centre of Vico del Gargano and the Museum of Arts and customs “Trappeto Maratea”. Dinner at the hotel based on traditional products of Gargano and delivering of certificates of attendance. Show of the folk band of Gargano.
